Title:Very experienced B2B Telephone Sales Person Required

We are a very fast growing company offering a unique product in the sales assessment space. As part of our strategy we are implementing an in-house lead generation and nurturing program to enable us to improve communication with the contacts on our database and also to generate new or repeat enquiries. We are looking for an experienced B2B telesales/internal sales person to run and manage the lead nurturing system and associated CRM activities and to follow up all prospective enquiries.
Enquiries can come through this approach, but also from web inbound and telephone inbound enquiries, and the role would involve sending out appropriate information to cutomers and prospects, closing meetings for our sales and reseller teams, and also possibly even closing smaller deals directly via phone or webinar.
This is a pilot contract, initially for 2 months, but could, if successful, and if appropriate for the individual concerned potentially extend, or even expand in the future.
Preference will be given to candidates local to Reading in Berkshire.
Our customers and prospects are based worldwide and all necessary training/support and systems would be provided to the successful applicant.
The target for this role is to set up a minimum of 6 well qualified appointments for our sales and reseller team each month, following them through to ensure they happen, as well as managing the lead generation process, mailing system, and CRM systems accurately and throuroughly.

Budget:Base Fee: £50 per day - OTE: £2,200 per month
