Upgrade the visual graphics of existing website

We are an architecture company - We have a website that we had developed some time ago. We would like to give some new life to the website by upgrading the graphics, the icons and the images. We are also open to suggestions about redesigning the layout for the website to make the site more attractive. We have rewritten all the text for the site but we have not uploaded this yet. We want a trendy site that will portray a modern and exciting image. (If you can offer animated icons that are relevanyt oour industry then that would be very exciting.)

Our main focus has changed from the simple land registry lease plans and legal work to more general and varied work. We now do very large projects both residential and commercial. We want to showcase our previous work, by including examples of previous work and by including testimonials from existing clients.

We have pdf files of between 5 and 40 pages that are of previous jobs, we want to have a section on the site for this but we don’t want people to download our work or to copy it. Suggestions please for this issue will be greatly appreciated.

We do not have a large budget for this. We want to work with an individual or a small company that is enthusiastic about doing this job; we are cost conscious in the current climate so a keen price is also important. We would be very grateful if you could include some examples of previous work.
