C. W. on 16/03/2010 21:06 pmHi Michael
I note you state evening cover is essential to transcribe your dictations. Will some dictations be available during office hours but that you require assistance on the odd occasion in the evenings or weekends?
Many thanks.

M. K. on 18/03/2010 09:54 amother way around, we will have the odd report during the day - but mostly at night - so any recording done in the morning will be with you directly after they are finished so earliest could be 10.30am majority 6pm
L. T. on 17/03/2010 07:45 amAre the voice recording delivered at a "dictated" speed or are they at "normal speech" speed? Do you provide a template to type onto? Also require the answers to the questions already posted. Many thanks. Lynn

M. M. on 17/03/2010 11:09 amDo you want an hourly typing rate or a rate for an hour of audio minutes? since one hour of audio is roughly four hours of typing. Also you mention a set rate for each report but some will be nearly double the length of others.
Will the tape be sent during the day for next morning turnaround? And if there are several reports a week will multiple tapes be sent together one day for return the next day, or one each day?
Reply from Client
M. K. on 18/03/2010 10:01 amthe fixed rate changes per report type is determined by bedrooms/ receptions and furniture levels - so the recordings are reflective of this for pay scale and recording time
the recording will be sent as soon as it can after the recording has been finished.
the report come any day so this week mon, tues, wed, sat - they come as they are recorded for quick turn around

Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
