A professional programmer is needed as soon as possible to help implement a very viable solution in making PAYMENTS for customers of different businesses. More details will be given on response. a more detailed specification will also be provided on response.

Quick Specification:
The programmer will be expected to implement a payment by text service. Basically, customers of a specific bank should be able to send money to another customer via text message.
-Customer A sends unique identifiers and amount to a 'known number'
-The 'known number' should automatically reply to the sent message with information of the intended transaction as sent by customer A, for confirmation purposes and prompt the customer to reply with a unique password(2 random characters of the password)
-a request is then sent to the customer's bank requesting amount to be paid to recipient, necessary checks are carried out at this stage to ensure there's a sufficient amount in senders account etc
-payment is made and recipient should receive a text confirmation of this with details of transaction and bank account should be credited etc
