Job Description

Small Internet based retailer/Wholesaler in desperate need of some basic T&C's to work to and to let customers agree to before purchasing through our site.

Most of the terms will be very general but some will need to be customised to our operation.

Main areas to cover will be: Returns Policy, Faulty machines, damaged machines, Warranty Policy, Delivery Policy, and Payment terms for both website sales and also credit account customers.

Successful candidate will have a good understand of legal responsibilities with regards to distance selling and the sales of goods act. They will be able to produce a document containing all company T&C's which we will then add to our website and ask customers to agree to prior to paying for goods.

We are also looking for advice in certain areas and perhaps for the candidate to add terms which we should apply in order to further cover the company against losses.

We are only a small company and have a low budget to spend on this project at the moment (offers less than £150 considered). Preferably UK based freelancers, even better if in South East. We expect this to be the first of many projects that we will offer the right person.

Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
