Job Description

Terms and conditions needed for new web marketing company, to cover yearly contract with monthly invoicing via Direct Debit or Credit card. We also sell websites with monthly hosting and will not be held responsible for the server being down or other factors out of control. We will also not be held responsible for loss of revenue if Google fails to deliver their adverts. Our customers will normally be small business owners. We will need the right to add fees if the direct debit or card fails and we have to chase for payment.

Must be legally enforceable contract, so legal experience and similar project experience required.
