Outline for Temp Staff Booking software
I will need the facility to add candidates to the software with the following fields
Name
Address
Postcode
Telephone number
3 boxes to tick- nvq2, nvq3 and ACT
7boxes to tick, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday
Distance- I will be able to set how far this person is willing to travel for work- eg 100miles from their own postcode.
Notes: simple box for notes
I want to be able to add as many candidates as possible
I want to have the software integrated with Google maps.
This is how it will need to work.
Call received from client looking for a temp at Leeds LS12 3AT, this is typed into the main screen, I select the distance for how many miles the client is willing to pay someone to travel eg 50miles.
When I click GO, this will then highlight which temp staff in my software are available and how far.
I do not need the software to do anything more.
This is all I need it for,
Main screen can consist of adding candidates (deleting and amending) and searching for people for work.
That's all.
