Job Description
We are will and probate company based in the UK, we are looking to recruit telephone canvassers to ring people in England to ascertain if they would be interested in making a will. This is purchased and screened data from a marketing company, if they are to be believed, every one is supposed to have already expressed interest in writing a will.
This will be a trial of 500 names and numbers, if successful a further 5500 will follow.
Please note generally speaking the calls will need to be made between 6pm and 8.30pm Monday to Friday evenings or Saturday mornings from 10am until 12.30pm

S. F. on 09/03/2010 22:02Are you looking for more than one person to call these 500 people if so, how many people? Should I bid thinking I will be contacting all of the 500 ?

T. C. on 09/03/2010 22:14I do not mind, one person can easily cope with it. Five hundred may sound like a lot but you dont have to ring 500 in one night. Ideally I would think you would call 100 numbers per night. Thats about five evenings to go through them once. Then maybe another five nights to revisit the data. I would think that would work out about 30 hours at most.

T. C. on 12/03/2010 19:14Thanks for coming back to me. Where will your people ringing from. All the people you will be ringing are in the UK.
Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
Remember: if something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
