Title:Telemarketing, Appointments. B2B

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

We provide client companies with a cost reduction service, on a results only basis, so if we cannot save a client any money then we won't charge a fee. Should be an easy sell, right?

Unfortunately, sales skills are not one of our strengths. We are therefore looking for a professional telemarketer to introduce our cost consultancy business and arrange appointments.

We have a list of potential clients generated from a commercial database. The target contact is the owner of the business, Managing Director, CEO (or equivalent) or at very least the Finance Director.

If an appointment cannot initially be agreed to over the phone, we would like you to forward a standard email to explain our services. You would then follow this email with a follow up call.

We will provide an email template and access to our email account. We will also produce the outline of a script and give you some background information. We can also arrange for one of our 0845 numbers to be temporarily diverted to your phone, so you may leave messages for potential clients to return your calls.

If you suggest a different approach, feel free - we just need some warm appointments to attend.

We would prefer to pay by the hour or per appointment.

Hi there- understanding that you might not want to give complete details of your offering online- but please could you indicate the area that a company can expect to generate savings from- Is it energy/telephone call costs/raw material/subcontracting ? and is it applicable for all companies or specific sectors.
Regards
Chris

Hi,

Do you have a website I could take a look at for information on your services before placing a bid?

Many thanks,

We specialise in achieving savings in business overheads, which are generally applicable to all reasonably sized companies. Areas we tend to look at include:

* Packaging
* Freight/Courier Costs
* Printing Costs
* Office/Computer Supplies
* Cleaning/Detergents
* Maintenance Costs
* Landline Telephone Costs
* Mobile/Cellular Phone Costs
* Waste Disposal Costs
* Protective Clothing
* Travel Costs
* Bank Charges/Interest
* Insurance
* Credit Card Commissions
* Food Costs
* Fuel - Gas, Diesel, Oil, Electricity
* Security Costs

We do not get involved with labour costs or raw materials (unless specifically asked to do so).

We do not just provide a client with a report; we actually assist in the implementation of the savings and monitor the results over a 2 year period.

We do not represent any suppliers. Our fees come directly from the actual savings, so the net result for a client is always positive.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Sorry one more thing. Is this a one off project, i.e. over 4 weeks for example, or are you looking at taking someone on permanently.

Lastly, would you consider part-time hours, for example 20 hours/week?

Many thanks

This will initially be a one-off project. I would anticipate it taking 20-40 hours, spread over 1 to 2 weeks.

Part time would be fine.
