Description
Experience Level: Entry
Our Client is an electrical contractor. They provide companies nationwide with Periodic Inspections and test reports as well as Portable Applianace Testing: Companies carry out test reports every 3 - 5 years and PAT tests are carried out every year.
Our client needs to develop appointments for its Periodic Testing service and quotations for its PAT tests.
The country has been divided up into regions and there is an existing on going marketing contact database containing previous contact details.
The task is to create appointments and generate quote requests. The database also needs updating on a continual call basis. Where appointments and quotes can't be made the 'dates' of tests need to be obtained and these put into the database for future call back.
An initial step is to find the person responsible for organisning quotes and tests etc.
All company contact details are in an easy to understand excel format. We have worked with the clkient for 2-3 years so we know the right approach that gets results.
The role is target driven and we will expect 2-4 appointments per day and at least 120 contact calls.
These are well known tests in the market place and our client is very good at their job.
In some aspects it is a 'numbers game' as contacts will be looking to reduce prices as well as get a better service so the more you phone the more people needing quotes 'now', you will find..
There is a very simple reporting system and this aspect will be managed for you to begin with.
This contract has always been renewed by the client with us and will only go away if our success rate drop ; so by doing well you are securing your own future work !
We are looking for people who have proven appointment making experience and ideally with this sort of role.
