Team Manager for Blog Writing

We are looking for someone to run and manage blog publications with upwards of 15 staff. You will be highly reliable, organised, have excellent communication skills and the ability to drive numbers to a target.

We need you to be available each day for different tasks.

You will be using many different software packages, experience in using these is preferable.
We use: Google Documents, Google Reader, ResultFlow, Diigo and Word Press.

You will be dealing with staff throughout the three stages of the process, from article sourcing, to writing, to publishing. The role entails answering emails, pushing for and monitoring the results and maintaining the expected level and results from all staff.

In order to manage staff and receive the desired number of publications you will be working up to 5 hours per week including trouble shooting.

Communication though Skype is essential. And will be used in communication with your staff.

Communication to staff will be through a new Skype and Gmail account that will be set up on confirmation of the position.

If you have experience of motivating and managing a team and are highly organised, reliable and capable at using various types of software we look forward to hearing from you.

Workers are based in a GMT time zone and therefore most of the work will be within the 9am GMT to 6pm GMT time range. Perfect English is essential in bidding for this position.
