Team Leader / Project Management / Coordinator
Require an individual to work on a part time basis to manage tasks with developers.
Initially expect this to be 5 days per month (40 hours spread throughout the month) and increasing as the client list grows if desired.
Would suit someone who is semi-retired or is looking for a part time flexible hours position or already working from home and looking for more hours each month.
Core Skills
Clear Concise communicator
A good knowledge of Semantics is required but syntax not necessary.
Flexible work hours (some developers are in different time zones and evening email/IM will be required)
Technologies
Email / Phone / Instant Messanger (skype/MSN) / Excel
Job Description
You will be required to translate a clients requirements in to a developers brief.
Running multiple projects/tasks at the one time, is somewhat like micro management.
Would suit someone working from home with the ability to come onsite to office in Hamilton to ensure smooth running of tasks being a bonus.
Typically, you will be relayed the clients requirements from an account manager and will be responsible for overseeing its implementation with the development team (1-3 developers in different remote locations).
