Title:Tax Scheme Letter

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

Hi,

I’m looking to send out a email and/or letter to promote a tax scheme, I have enclosed information received from a firm of Chartered Accountants who will be running the scheme with myself acting as an introducer, the mail shot will go to existing clients of ours and should also appeal to new prospects i.e. I'm looking to target his letter to Barristers.

This is a fantastic opportunity which will close after the end of this tax year 2010/11.
This Government inspired tax shelter has been running for 30 years, now clients effectively get more than their tax back by investing in these Enterprise Zones the advantage to the Government is these zones create jobs in deprived areas of the UK.

We are an FSA firm

Regards

Stephen

www.chancerypartnership.com then go to 'TAX' click here - scroll down to Tax shelters then click on Enterprise Zone Syndicates Guide.

This is meant as an easy to follow guide! to give you an outline of the scheme.
I am 'freelance' myself for an independent financial advisory firm, I would introduce clients to Chancery or I would run a seminar on tax structures, then use a provider such as Chancery who are a firm of specialist tax accountants.

Hope this helps.

I have tried to play by the rules of the site and not given my contact detials only the details of one of the schemes I wish to promote.

Thanks for the details, Stephen. Do you have an idea of word count/the amount of detail you want in this letter? i.e. a brief promotional summary of the scheme, or something more detailed?
Thanks

I would say 1 side of A4, mainly bullet points these people are very busy so if it looks to wordy then they will either wont read it or will bin it.
I will be looking for telesales to call them up ( the ones who arnt our clients, i.e. the prospetcs) to book an appoitment OR are they interested in a seminar to save tax.
the ones who are my clients will be emailed - I will call them or they can respond to me via email.

soory if my English isnt very good when I'm describing what I want its just I'm Dyslexic and this site doesnt have a spell checker. i normall deal with business on the phione or face to face, this is new to me but not that easy for me to respond quickly! a good idea though.
