Title:Tally updates and labels

We have a team of in-house interviewers who speak key western European languages and they are given a target number of doctors to contact following a medical conference. During the telephone study, we would want them to email you directly, twice a day, with updates on the following:
interviews completed
appointments made
name of doctor(s) who have completed the interview
doctor gift choice
telephone number interview took place on.
Each interviewer is given a tally template which they would simply email to you. We would need you to take the information from each of their tallies and transfer it to a master tally which the office can use to see how the study is going. We would ask the interviewers to email you their tallies at the same time each day (usually 1pm and 5pm every day) during the telephone project. Once you have updated the master tally, we would then want it emailed to the office twice a day after each update. If an interviewer is more than 30 minutes late emailing you their update, we would need you to chase them for this information (best to look at their appointments in their previous tallies in case they clash with tally update time).
