Title:Taking word document and transforming them into white papers and publications
Location:Anywhere
We are preparing for a trade show next week. As part of that we are creating our hand out material. This will encompass some 'about us' documents and white papers.
We need help taking the word documents and transforming them into documents that look professional and work in line with our branding.
We will need the finished output as PDF files for us to print and to place them on our website.
The winning bidder will need to work on completing the documents by close of play Friday UK time. As we are still writing some of them, we can discuss which ones need priority and which ones can wait. There is a later deadline of Monday night for some of the less urgent work. The show is next Wednesday & Thursday.
I have attached:
Our brand guidelines
I can send you an example white paper during clarification. The file size is more than 2MB :-(
The documents are currently as follows:
3 x 'About Us' - About 2 sides of current word document, which can be distilled into one page each.
3 x White Papers - These will consist of documents with written material, images and graphs. We can provide the images and graphs to the highest resolution we have.
4 x 'Directors Briefing' - This is a report on an industry subject. We offer these as premium reports so they are classed differently to the White Papers. Apart from the distinction they are the same as white papers.
White Papers & Directors briefing are each about 4 pages long.
As part of this work we will need some form of image to define white papers vs directors briefing. I can show you my idea in the clarification process.
I need a cost to undertake this work to deliver the 10 documents plus create a simple image to define White Papers vs Directors Briefing.
Happy to answer questions on clarification.
Thanks
