Title:Sub tenancy agreement

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

We require a subtenancy agreement to relate to our current lease. There is an urgency to this, with completion required by 31st December 2009.

We are currently in breach of our lease, with our subtenants in residence, though each has viewed our lease and has no objections complying with the terms therein. Our landlord\'s solicitor has requested that we use a qualified solicitor to complete the work which we have agreed to do.

We do have 3 subtenants, though wish to adapt one document to meet the needs of all (changes of name, business type, home address and location in the building) so please recognise this in your bid.

The work is to complete a suitable subtenancy agreement, interact with our landlord\'s solicitor to make any suitable amendments and comply with any reasonable requests in order to complete an agreement within the time stated.

We have a scanned copy of the lease available by email should you require it.

We look forward to hearing from interested and suitable bidders.
