I need fast, economical help from a solicitor with corporate and contract experience (preferably with some experience of marketing consultancy model). Our Ts&Cs may contain holes after successive modifications - quick review required. I have to write a custom 1 page agreement and scope of works, and finalise it for despatch Wednesday 24th - review required. Ongoing lots of new contract development help needed for different types of contract templates - looking for a body I can trust and work with who will help me get as near as (sensible and) possible to plain English agreements, ready to use for both retainer and project clients.
