I am looking to have a website done for my start-up. I have the domain name and hosting sorted but the rest remains outstanding. Good Value supplies goods and services to local government and we would like a crisp, fresh, customer friendly and contemporary website to showcase our range of goods and services - for browsing only not an ecommerce site. You do know that if you are supplying to the Public Sector, the move is to do ordering and processing of ordering online.

You may (or may not) know of the ZANZIBAR project?

Very soon, suppliers to the public sector will be obliged to feed into this system. If you don't you will be left out in the cold.

So... any web project you may have in mind ought to factor in the OGS's requirements.

Make sure your developer is aware of the protocols.
