Title:Standard CMS Website

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

I require a simple standard CMS based website to promote a small, new publishing company. All pages need to be able to be updated by me via the CMS and new images, graphics uploaded as appropriate in the future.

The site in the main needs to reflect the content of the company brochure but using your interpretation and understanding of web design, usability / navigation the number of pages or bookmarked areas within pages is up to you.

The site will require an additional section for \"authors\" where I will be able to add individual authors details, biographies and load an image of their book. It will also need a search box so people can find what they are looking for and in the future if they want to search for authors name or titles of books they may do so with ease. It may be worth considering a separate search box on the authors main page allowing for easy access with an index A-Z.

I also require a contact form.

The succesful freelancer will be expected to supply a sitemap which explains what pages go where along with the usual standard pages (sitemap, privacy, terms etc). This is so I can understand the sites usability. 3 concepts for visualisation will be required before proceeding to final design.

Thanks

Ryan

Ryan,

You may want to increase your budget to get what you need. Any website built for that money will always play second fiddle to a real website. IMHO

It's only a "brochure" website so can be knocked out within 1 days work full time hours equivalent so I think in these hard times that is good value - especially if it is via someone working full time, no payrise for yet another year and can do this at home :)

Hi Ryan,

If you raise the fixed fee to £240 I can give you 8 hours work :)

How much are you getting paid by your client to complete the cms?

You will no doubt receive many appropriate offshore bids which will be completed to the level of quality fitting your desired budget.

I wish you all the best.

Regards

Joe

The site is for me personally so there is no more money I am afraid. I could do it myself but I dont have time at present so I reckon on a days work for a junior or someone working from home on top of a day job
