Spoof 7x5 Flyer

For a special present I need a spoof 7x5 size flyer based on Iron Chef America. Essentially I want to create a mock up of a Iron Chef competition between two people. I will supply photos of the two people (one is very small but I think it'll do).

I attach a Word doc with two pictures in it. I would like to re-create the battle picture with the pictures of the two people in question, and then somehow add a recreation of the logo into the picture to make a card handout.
