Software Development website needed.

I get roughly 200-300 developments a year through the company I am working for now, and, well.....I think its time for me to go. I cannot name the company I am VP of, but let's just say its time for me to start my own development firm, and outsource 80% of my work to you guys.

I looked around and what I think is a great site is http://ebusiness.netsmartz.net

I love the look of that site, and what I need is a site that looks like that, with all of the same links and text. Since we cannot copy it, I need the person who does this job to match the design to something similar, using white and light green and blues with a Northwest (Seattle, Oregon) feel.

Create the same links, but re-write all of the text to pretty much say the same thing, but not be exactly how they wrote it. Every link on here I like, and I can provide custom pictures, etc, and videos.

So you need too:

1. Copy the site
2. Change the colors and the main image
3. Re-write all of the text YOURSELF and put it on all the links
4. do all of my changes that I need once you get a mock-up

Basically, I want a site like that, but with my company name, etc, and it totally re-written.
