Social network management

We are looking for an individual (not a company) to help us with our social networking, we are busy and have run out of hands.

We are looking for someone to set up and integrate applications such as Google + Facebook, Twitter LinkedIn, Pinterest etc. and then post on behalf of us / our client until the client is trained and can do this on their own (although some just want it outsourced).

We are looking for proposals with a fixed monthly price, what you will do for your fee and what experience you have. No rookies please, if you do not already provide this service do not respond.
