Job Description

I need a few modifications done to joomla 2.5.1. You will not be working directly on my site, but provide me with a detailed solution so I can easily archive the following:

1) All aliases should automaticly be unique on the following format:
article_title-[date]-[time]
where "[date]" is todays date, and "[time]" is the present time.
The goal is to never see: "Save failed with the following error: Another article from this category has the same alias" again.

2) the start publishing date should automaticly be the present time (auto fill in the text box with possibility to change it as normal)
3) the end publishing date should automaticly be present time + 30 days. (auto fill in the text box with possibility to change it as normal)

I want the changes to be as clean as possible with only the necessary change done to the core.

Here are some practical tips on staying safe

Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
