Title:Small Startup Looking for Book keeper to forget long relationship with

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

Hello there

My name is Michael and I run a small web design and development business. We have been trading for about 3 months now and I think the time has come to start keeping a track of things.

I am a web designer and progammer plus sales man. I don't really have any idea what to ACTUALLY do when it comes to keeping books. I know that I am missing sales because I can't keep track of everything, I know that I want to know how much we are turning over. I would also like to stop taking all the money from the business and start paying myself a wage so that the business can develop some wealth.

On top of that I need to know and understand all the ins and outs with the VAT, NI and any other tax I will probably have to pay.

We don't have much money to spend on this immediately, but it shouldn't be too much work. We get a new sale on average once a week and each project probably takes a couple of weeks to complete, so its not like it will be 20 sales a day.

I would like to be able to send you all the sales as they happen including the smaller ones such as domains, addon etc and then you keep a track.

If this sounds like something you are interested in please get in touch. Of course we value loyalty and wil stuck with people we know and trust. So that means when the company is flying and we are making millions so will you.

I look forward to your bids

Kind regards

Michael

Please could you clarify whether you are trading as a Ltc Company / Sole trader / partnership as salary/tax/profit rules differ

Also general location for while this sound like it can be handled remotely an initial kick off meeting would be a minimum requirement

Currently I am a sole trader I guess, but I would want to move over to LTD asap.

Perhaps you could advise what would be the best option?

I am based in Leeds at the moment but will be moving to London in June.

Hope that helps.

I will do it free for you for the first 3 months,....i.e set up your accounts in Sage Line 50, produce monthly management accounts, compute monthly tax and N.I liability and liase with HMRC and companies house on your behalf.

That would help you get up to speed, and the charge thereafter would be £100 per month for the remaining 9 months of the year.
All paid through People per Hour.

HI
I will assit you with set up, do your ongoing accounts and give you advice where necessary on what needs to be done.

This can be done at a good price. In return you will get a qualified accountant who specialises in SME and sole traders.
