Title:Small MS Access/VB program to compose reports/PDF's

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

I have an access database with property details and text fields with image URLs in, ie. c:\\images\\image1.jpg
I have a PDF brochure I've designed as a sample which is only about 5 pages long and details property cost, images, and details etc.

I need a program which can take the Access db property details, and then produce a PDF or a report or export to Word which can print to PDF, in exactly the layout ive designed as the PDF.

The PDF will consist of initially an image in the background with text on top for the first page. Please see the attached sample, tried to attach as PDF but filesize too big for PPH so its in Word.

It will need to be in A4 when printed out.

The application must be easy to use (preferably in access but can be web based or other providing its easy to customise) and also be easy to customise the layouts and fields for future design changes.

This isnt a difficult task for someone with an incling of database reports etc.
