Small Ltd Company annual returns

Hi,
I have a small limited company that has rental property which was sold last financial year.
This is a small company, with minimal trading - rental income, bank charges, dividend payment, a couple of purchases for property maintenance, and sale of the property. No salary or NIC. All figures are available on an excel spread sheet.

I need my CT600 & annual accounts done for 2010-2011 to allow me to submit the completed figures using the HMRC & Companies House online service.

I cannot foresee this taking an experience accountant any more than a day or 2. Ideally turn around in the next 2 weeks.

I have my online login detail to HMRC and am happy to submit the figures once worked out.

All accountants must be either fully qualified chartered accountants or certified accountants who are members of a registered body such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CIPFA etc.

Possibility of further work for closing down of company/advice regarding distribution of balance.
