Location:Anywhere
To provide items listed in the Job Title.
I (Alan Brown, Company Director) have personally prepared Annual Company Accounts (To Oct 2009) which have been sucessfully filed at Companies House.
HMRC have returned the accounts and CT600(Short) (2008) Version 2 as unsatisfactory stating: \"Full Statutory Accounts with Directors Report and Computations are required\".
The format of the rejected accounts is identical to accounts that have previously been accepted on several occasions.
My version of the accounts and CT600 is available as an Excel spreadsheet that can be downloaded from a website.
The company is not VAT registered. I will provide statements for the Company Report and answer any queries.
Deliverables:-
Complete Company Accounts to HMRC requirements in Excel 97 2003 format.
Completed (but not signed) CT600.
Any explanations and Notes necessary to explain the Accounts.
An explanation of how the Balance Sheet is made to balance. (Stocks and Debtors)
Please advise if you will add your name (or company name) to the accounts.
Payment is proposed in two stages, 50% on delivery of the accounts to myself and 50% when accepted by HMRC.
