Small Keyword Research Software App or PHP Script

Ok, my last job post might have been a bit too much to ask.... (to tell you the truth, I don\'t even know if something like that was possible). I love working with people on this site, and I pay quickly, so I\'m giving this another shot.

I need either a small software app or PHP script that will allow you to paste in a list of keywords. Then based on the keywords pasted in, get the [exact] match results for those keywords. This would be used for completion analysis.

For instance, if one of the keywords I pasted in was \"dog training for beagles\" it would show a \"1\" beside it because if you searched for that term in Google with quotes around it, there would only be 1 exact match result.
