Small Business Store Manager

I am looking for a reliable and confident trainee store manager to help manage our retail premises in London, SE5. This is a relatively small store (and Off License) but we require a strong candidate who can deliver a great customer service to all the store's customers from 6:30am to 8pm daily, knows how to use a cash register, run and reconcile daily X and Z reports, and process all Paypoint payments.
I am looking for a lively personality, and someone who is looking to develop their managerial skills, and lives near SE5 or looking to move to SE5.
