Job Description

Please could you provide a quote for the following project? If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Outcome

One SWF presentation that incorporates the following:

1. PowerPoint Presentation (converted to SWF files).
2. Video footage of symposium.
3. Message, buffering, time left, etc.
4. Video controls, Play / Pause, Seek, Volume, Mute (possible previous and next, depending on solution).
5. Forward / Back controls so that the user can skip between sections of the presentation. (Desirable)

Considerations

- The video presentation is 1 hour and 38 minutes long.
- The PowerPoint file can be converted into a series of SWF files. The video will be cut into several sections for file size / bandwidth reasons.
- The video will be 155 x 155 pixels on screen.
- The video will play when the user presses the Play control on the movie.
- The user will be able to watch the entire presentation from start to finish without pauses.
- The SWF will show the loading status of the video.
- The PowerPoint slides will be synchronised to the video. As the video reaches certain points, the slide on display will be refreshed.
- The video player controls will be customised to match the artwork that we provide.
- The finished .fla file will be required to create further presentations, languages, etc.

We will provide:

1. .fla file with all elements laid out, including customised component graphics.
2. PowerPoint slides converted into a series of SWF files.
3. .flv files with all video and audio.

Although we could accept this work being done remotely, if the project goes ahead we might prefer the opportunity for a meeting at our studio near Basingstoke.
