Simple clickable country maps required

I'm looking for some simple maps of countries. For each country (16 initially) I require a map of the country, with the regions e.g. English counties clearly marked. Then I also want an map of that region.
These are very simple. They don't need any geographical markings on, a simple outline will be sufficient.

The important thing is that the regions are clickable as an html image map.

Maps must be original.

A full list of countries and regions required will be provided.
