Description

I need a detailed business plan for setting up a Respite Care project for Disabled Children in the London Borough of Hackney.

The Business plan needs to be more research based rather than a financial plan, so would NOT really suit someone who is an accountant.

Ideally you will have some experience of working in Children's Social Care, as well as an understanding of the Muslim community.

The plan must identify Muslim Disabled Children's needs in respect of:
Service requirements
Current Legistlation
Direct Payments Schemes
Data Sets for Hackney
Existing Services in Hackney (Competition)
Marketing
Staffing
Secondary Research (Existing recomendations / Reports)
Set up Strategy

    Hi Ismail, Please could you let me know a little more about the project in order to place an accurate bid? In particular I need an approximate word count or number of pages in order to assess the time commitment. Also, who will be reading the business plan as this will have an effect on the presentation style and information likely to be required. Thanks, Jo

    Hi Joanna The report is to be presented to my charity's board members and also subsequently to London Borough of Hackney Children's Services. The size of the report is based on the quality of the information, data and analysis. However I would expect that you cover all the critaria's listed in the Initial Job Description. So with Appenix I would estimate approx 30 - 50 Page report. (But it is quality not quantity which is important) I hope this helps Ismail
