Shareholder Agreement

I had a share Holder agreement done by another law firm but i never got the directors at that time to sign it. Things have changes now in terms of Directors and shareholder and i want all the directors/ Shareholders to sign it. It needs to be ammended to include the new names and some things have to be taken out. I would like someone to read it make the ammendments so tht it can be signed as a legal document. There is no dispute at all with the directors/Shareholders but i just want to make sure that i have everyything covered just in case.
