0. Overall info
A simple file-upload site. At first it will have limited upload size - 200 MB. Later, maybe in 1-2 months after we launch the site live, we will need to include ability to pay (paypal) to be able to store larger size files with higher expiry time, as the default one for free-users it will be 14 days.

1. Design is the MOST IMPORTANT part. Must be very simple, but good-looking and sendspace.com has it like that. However, we don't want it to look the same. Colors should be light, maybe something like citrus-green, lime-green, etc.
1.1 Front page should just have a Browse button or field, or whatever, so when you click it, you should be able to choose your file you want to upload and it would start uploading immediately. When uploading, it should show speed and how many % completed.
Once the file is uploaded, it must display a link which you can provide to others for access and another link which is for delete. Whenever the delete link gets executed, it must ask for confirmation if you really like to delete the file, if yes, then the file must be deleted from servers.
Registration is optional as anyone must be able to upload without a required registration.

Also must be able to register with using any of these site profiles:
Facebook
Twitter
Google

When registering there should be written "By registering, you agree to SendSpace Terms of Service" with a hyperlink to Terms of Service.

Once user registers, he should have his own personal page where he could see all his uploaded files (links). Must include delete option. It should also show when your link will expire. Nothing more - for now.

3. Menu

Log In - once click this, it should just redirect you to a login form
Sign Up - redirect to a signu form - (see #2)
Contact Us - a simple contact form
Help - must list FAQ under this
Terms of Use - we'll prepare and provide ToU later.

4. Security
Site will use SSL and everything must be VERY secure & safe!

5. Administration Panel
- See all registered users
- See statistics of how many users register everyday, calendar type
- Ability to Delete users
- Ability to see all uploaded-file links, by day, week, month, etc.
- Ability to delete files/links
- Ability to create/edit/delete new admins
- Ability to send mass message to all users or few users.
- Ability to warn users
