Would like someone to sort out my SEO for my company website.

We are a musical theater school in London, England. We have applicants all over the world but primarely interested in UK and Europe as they need to have a European passport to attend.
We currently come straight up in websearches if you type in 'American Musical Theatre' but we want to be able to come up when people type in 'Musical Theatre Schools' or 'Drama Schools' in London. We know that people are finding us by searching the net but we don't know how and we realise we need to put more effort into it as it's working but we think we could be doing more. We are a small company and only in our first year but we are growing rapidly. .
