Experience Level: Entry
We are looking for an experienced Sales B2B sales person that can sell our services to specific sized businesses in Cornwall, however the applicants can be based anywhere in the country.
We are looking at out-sourcing our Sales requirements, from Lead Generation, Appointment Setting to our overall Sales Management
The companies we are looking to target are as follows:-
• Small businesses with up to 5 / 10 employees
• Not VAT Registered
• Building Site Personnel (i.e. Subcontractors for painting / electricians etc.)
• Small independent retail outlets
• Sole Traders
All contact data is to be provided by the winning bidder.
We are looking to target companies / individuals which don’t have the resources or time to carry out / employ someone permanent to meet their current needs of the business. The main difference between us and other virtual offices is that we go to the clients to collect their paperwork, run through their problems etc., as often as is required by the client (even if this is daily). Our freelance team are qualified personnel such as solicitors, HR advisors, accountants and experienced administrators etc.
The role would be to book appointments, with one of our site Sales Team and commission would be paid on successful completion of the sign-up paperwork. We would expect a minimum of 2 appointments per week. We would also provide the information of the company details, including the person you would need to speak to.
When bidding, please indicate your previous experience and how you would visualise selling the service. For the right candidate(s) we would like to make this an on-going role, dependant on your success during the initial trial.
We will pay an hourly rate plus commission on sales appointments converted, this is currently set at £50 per conversion, or if more than 4 of your appointments convert in a week, then this increases to £75 per conversion. We currently convert 82% of all booked appointments.
