SQL lotus approach adviser

I require up to one hour of advice by phone (possibly in 2 x 30 minute calls). We have a Lotus Approach database and would like to access this on the internet. I need general advice advice on if this is possible, and how to achieve it, would I need to have a new database written etc etc. I need it explaining to me as I have no knowledge of SQL, only of Lotus Approach. Our database is still being developed by myself and runs on a home network. We need everyone to have access from anywhere, hence why we want to put it on the internet.
