SC Level cleared Web Designer required on standby

I need to find a web designer that is security cleared to SC level, but may consider CTC level. Location is paramount - you must live in the UK. The work is UK restricted and on an encrypted laptop so cannot be sent electronically, only collected or sent by secure courier within UK only. Someone who is already approved to work on restricted material at their own home or office is brilliant; otherwise someone who can perhaps work at my office near St Albans in Hertfordshire.

The work will involve creating and updating Dreamweaver files and proofreading against the original PDF files. This will be during August and September. I need to have someone on standby in case I am unable to fulfill the work due to unforeseen circumstances.

Sorry, as the work is restricted, I cannot give you any links or example documents, but all I require at this stage is a CV, availability during August & September, weekly time commitment and your hourly/daily rates, not an exact bid.
