We are an enthusiastic virtual letting agency operating in the South East, Humberside/N. Lincs and Cheshire/Staffordshire. Landlords approach us to get their properties let FAST and in order to do that we need to get the phone ringing from prospective tenants who have read our listings on Rightmove, Globrix. SpareRoom and other property aggregators.

We need a talented freelance property marketeer who can take a basic property description, research the location and immediate neighbourhood, and write compelling copy that really sells the property while still being within the accurate property description guidelines. The types of properties range from a house share room to let, through to flats, terraces and semis with a range of target tenant types including working singles and housing benefit families through to working couples and semi-retired.

Your bid should be per listing, the assignment will be for six listings initially. You will be provided with the property photos and site access to upload the listings and photos direct. If you wish you may provide a template for our negotiators to complete to ensure that all the details you require to list effectively are provided.

Do you have a rough word count in mind for each listing? It would help to work out a fair and considered quote.

I suggest that you hop on to Rightmove, find a couple of the more descriptive To Rent listings then use those as a guide.

Hi Alison,

Rightmove, Gumtree, Globrix as as minimum however initially we will be using an aggregator such as www.landlordlet.com or www.lettingaproperty.co.uk which will mean you only have to make the posting once as they will distribute the entries to the other sites. In the event that neither of these post to Gumtree, then you will need to post to Gumtree manually as well as the aggregator.
