Review a Franchise agreement

We are looking to work with a Domiciliary Care Agency who has granted over 60 franchises throughout the UK and Ireland, and they will send us their franchise agreement over the next few days, we are looking for a legal review of this and really need a fast turn around within next week (week starting 18th July 2011).

Our requirement is to ensure that no unreasonable restictions are placed on us and ensure that the clauses do not conflict or prohibit us from our other business activities.
