Job Description

Hi - I need someone to quickly review a 6 page purchase agreement for some software we are buying. (it is 10 pages but no real need to look at the last 4 pages)

We are a startup money transfer business and we are buying the source code to some software which will be the main application that we use.
We have no intention to resell the software or lease it out as a business.

What we want however is not to be restricted in any way, for example if we sell the business in future we don't want the software developers to lay any claim to ownership of our business in any way.

We would like you to review this contract and make any amendments to protect our interests.

Please could you bid.
It is an urgent request which I need to complete by tomorrow.

I cannot upload the file to be publicly available but this is a simple 10 page contract from a US based software company which I will send you on successful bid.

Here are some practical tips on staying safe

Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
