Job Description

We are looking for a a touch of rebranding, redesign and rebuild an existing website. The current site\'s look is a bit dated, with pop ups which are not so good for usability -or so I\'ve been told - and it needs an overhaul of information structure.
We are a small hostel by today standards (80 beds) and offer a more personalised venue. The majority of our guests are 18- 26.

We want to appeal to the budget market but the website still needs to
attract attention, create interest and desire and then call the visitor to action.
We need to do all of that without making look expensive - just great quality.

Please quote for but not limited to-
New look for the home page
Restructured overall layout to allow for bigger images, more wow factor and linking with twitter and facebook
Contact details should be highlighted at the top of each page
Basic SEO
Basic CMS for minor changes

New information structure so the website has 6 or so main pages:
1. Home page with images and general info including about hostel
2. the pricing page with booking form
3. the location map page with google map and contact details.
4. what to do / travelers info page
5. jobs / ads page - this could use facebook and twitter for ease of updates
6.

Please give me an idea of costs to achieve this outcome .
