Job Description
I need help in dealing with over 100 emails a day whilst I travel around UK and UAE, organizing local and international travel, data input, talking to potential new clients, arranging meetings, lunches, talking to sometime difficult clients, answering diverted phone calls, taking messages and dealing with enquiries. Must be UK based, good telephone manner, IT, outlook, powerpoint, excel and word skilled. Reliable, willing to start work at 7am, Monday to Friday. Let me know your hourly rate for working from home.

Thank you for getting back to me on this. However, I am a little confused, as 7am - 6pm Monday - Friday is not part time! Unless of course you don't require your virtual PA to be working all these hours, but simply available by telephone during these hours if needed, which wouldn't be a probelm for me.
If that is the case, an indication of the number of 'working' hours you think you may require from your Virtual PA each week would be useful for the purposes of providing an accurate bid and also for me to ensure I can offer you the level of service you require, as I am sure you realise that very few virtual PAs work solely for one client. For example, other clients who require this type of support, usually suggest between 10 and 15 hours work per week initially (with log ins a couple of times a day to manage emails), with room for development as appropriate.

I am an experienced Office Manager/Director Level PA and presently looking for a new job. I am wondering if you would consider this role as a full time position.
I note you mention 100 emails per day. Are these all actionable? If they are, then I would imagine the job would be full time.
I do have all the necessary experience required for the role and have also lived and worked in the middle east for 8 years - Egypt, Pakistan and Dubai as well as a year in the Bahamas.

I can see you need a VA from Monday to Friday maybe starting at 7am and have also mentioned that initially you would need help for about 10 hours per week between 7am and 6pm. I assume you are thinking of 2 hours per morning? Please correct me if I am mistaken.
Also, is it mandatory having had experience in real state?
