We are looking for an accountant's help in registering a company with the companies house and also related formalities.

While advise regarding capital requirements, taxes and foreign subsidiaries is preferable, the basic requirement is the registration itself and help in offering a registered office address is required. Ability to help in opening a bank account is a definite plus too.
