Title:Redesign Report Template

Job Description

We are looking for someone to redesign our report templates and give them a more modern, colorful and funky look.
I've attached a file with examples of reports that we can relate to. Also attached is the company logo, which should be visible on every page, as well as an area for the contact details.

We want to receive the designed template to be created in Word and InDesign.

The template should consist of three pages:

1. A front page - with space for the clients name/logo, our company logo, subject and date.

2. A regular page on which the report shown - with a header/footer with our company logo

3. A contact page to end the reports with - including address, our company logo and contact details

Hi Don,
Are you looking to have the reports printed, distributed electronic or both?
I ask this because the most globally readable format is PDF, not everyone has word. Therefore you could be excluding a large proportion of your intended readers.

Hi Claire,

Thank you for your question.
I agree, we will be sending the reports electronically (as PDF's), but in order to get our content (text, images and graphs) into the reports we like to use either Word or InDesign.

What would you recommend me than?

Here are some practical tips on staying safe

Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
