Recruitment/Staffing firm Website Design

I am looking for either an individual/firm which has experience in designing recruitment/staffing firm websites. I am looking for a fully-professional websites like these or better:

As you can see in above, those websites have Clients/candidates registration pages, database, quality content, social networking, adwords, RSS feed options, highlighted/flashed jobs, search database options, etc. I am looking for something very similar or better.

Please let me know if you have designed anything like that in past & interested in bidding for this project.

Please note, no time wasters or job hoppers, I am looking for budgeted & realistic bids only as my budget is limited this time but probably assign you some of my future projects if like your work.
