Experience Level: Intermediate
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for creating and maintaining client facing presentations including preparation, processing and proofreading of reports, presentation and marketing material.
Additional duties include:
Working closely with deal teams to draft, produce and distribute client presentations
Maintaining client/prospect databases
Managing established marketing compliance review processes
Producing non-standard materials for prospect and client meetings and assisting in follow ups
Providing assistance in planning investor meetings, conferences and investor events
Maintaining marketing materials on a monthly and/or quarterly basis
Proofreading materials for grammar, typos and formatting
Maintaining website content
Leading the redesign of various reports and presentations
Providing administrative support by performing clerical functions, such as arranging conference calls, answering phones, scheduling meetings, maintaining executives’ schedules, preparing travel expenses, filing documents and making travel arrangements
Required Skills
2+ years of marketing experience with institutional clients, pension funds, HNW individuals, and/or family offices
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
MS Excel and PowerPoint competency
Desired Skills
Prior exposure to request for proposals
