Re-type a 5 page contract from pdf into MS word

Re-type a company lettings agreement which is currently a pdf into microsoft word (so that it can be edited). The contract is 5 pages, but not many words so it should be quite quick to re-type (1hr maybe).

The contract has boxes for signatures etc so you will need to re-create those in word. Looking for someone to start this immediately and other work may follow if I get a good result. Many thanks, Alastair
