Python Based Quick Project

Hi, working on www.eager-beaver.net, I need the following changes completed:

1- On the home page (template), the below bottom left beaver graphic needs the following text removed: 'Website By OMDesign'.

2- When a user signs up for the site, after clicking on the activation link, the date of birth field does not work- it does not allow users to select their year of birth if they are born after 1980!

3- There are two check boxes for users to sign up to mailing list. One on the first page as soon as the user hits 'join now' button, and the second on the page after the user clicks on the sign up email link. I don't know which one works, but preferably I need to keep the first one!

4- When logged in, the main calendar displays what month and year is currently visible. However, to the right of this is a calendar icon. With this calendar a user should be able to select a month and year, and view it. However, at the moment the site lets you select either the month or the year- so, a user can select, 2014, the calendar loads, then the month, and the calendar reverts back to the current year. This navigation needs fixing.
