Clarification Board
D. F. on 15/01/2010 16:28 pmHello.
Please can you clarify which, if any of your criteria are 'desirable' as opposed to 'essential'?
I ask because although I have many years of experience designing and delivering public sector training (both as a trainer, training manager and internal consultant) and have conducted some procurement campaigns as a civil servant, I do not have up to date knowledge on the latest procurement guidelines. In other words, I may have the skills and background to take this on but would require some briefing and/or research. Would this be potentially acceptable? If so, then I will consider my bid.
Regards,
Dave
J. W. on 15/01/2010 16:42 pmHi Dave,
Thanks for your message. The aspect of the course that covers European Procurement law should be one into which the client/delegates have the most input. A degree of understanding will of course be necessary however.
If you could provide me with your CV and a brief outlining your experience in the areas in the notice and what you think, from what you've done before, the course should cover.
Kind regards
Jacob
